Start by sketching our your outline.

lay the under painting in with a wash of Burnt Sienna.

Leave a gap in the center.

Add Thalo green for the stream.

Fill in the background mountains.

Add Yellow, White, and Orange for the sky and clouds.

Mix in Permanent Blue and Cad Red Light for the shadow colors. 

Add the same color for the background mountains.

Use the Orange mixture for the area of glow in the hills.

Add Black, Cad Red Light, and Permanent Blue for the foreground mountains.

Mix a darker color with Alizarin Crimson, and Thalo Green.

Break the line up for the tree tops. 

Fill in the rest of the foreground as you see it. 

Leave a space for the waterfall.

Fill in the waterfall with Permanents Blue and White.

Using a clean brush start to blend in your colors. 

Use a small round brush for the reflected highlights on the rocks. 

Use a worn out brush for the treetop using a Yellow Orange with Green.

Imagine the tree shapes but be sure to leave room for the shadows.

Use a darker color for the foreground.

Use a small round brush for this mountains.

Use a small flat brush for highlight and shadow colors for the underwater rocks. 

Reflect the waterfall onto the stream.

Draw out and fill in your palm tree with a dark greenish brown color.

Continue filling in your palm trees. 

Start highlighting with White and Blue.

Add lighter blues for more reflections.

Use a small round brush and light green for the foliage.

Add Red flowers to the tree tops.

Draw out and fill in the flowers.

Use a small round for the leaves.

Make smaller leave for the foreground.

Start to fill in the grass on the rocks.

Use White and Yellow for the last and brightest highlights.

Add individual leave for the close and personal touch.

Finish off the leave with some red flowers. 

Now sigh and sit back and enjoy.
