Aloha Every one!  I just finished cruising with Princess to Alaska and now taking time exploring Vancouver Before the Seattle show.  Here I am in the historic gas lamp district of Vancouver.

The drive in took us through nice scenic roads.  We paid a visit to our friend David Wight before heading out to the border. My wife Patti speaks to everyone before we cross over.

They have a nice Maple leaf flag planted as you cross.  Nice touch!

Here we are taking a siesta in one of the breathtaking pubs along the harbor.  No the glasses aren't normally that small, just samplers before we decide which one to try.  Patti liked the lemon flavored and I went for the stout.

We found time to explore all the way up to Whistler where they will hold the 2010 winter Olympics.  Here's a shot of the mountain across the ski resort.

Here the mountain bikers line up to ride the lift before descending down the technical terrain.  Quite a challenge even for the more experienced riders.

We found this nice place that was not even opened for business but the restaurant was called Lake Nita.  We dined with a lakeside view.

Nothing like the sunset in your beverage!  Wild Salmon was always welcomed on the menus.

On the ride back we experience a horrible delay.  An accident shut down the freeway causing a five hour stand still.  Here is Patti Waiting by the roadside coffee house.  When in Rome do as the Romans do.

We made it back in time to join David for dinner at his Bellingham house.  We once again dined by the lake, a common but welcomed theme.  Of course the sunsets were spectacular.

After dropping Patti at the airport I visit Dave at his shop.  We had ideas about collaborating on Heart rocks.  Here his crew prepares for the production.

The glass is heated, pressed, shaped and form to make lava heart rocks.  These are highly skilled artisans translating our ideas to make my company logo into reality!  I will release them in upcoming shows.

Now its off to Wyland Galleries in Seattle to do the show.  I took this shot right in the heart of downtown.

Here is Denton and Caroline , the owners of the Seattle Wyland Gallery.  They are great hosts to the artists.

I get paid a visit by David, a collector who has purchased one of the earliest Alaska Paintings I did called Evening Peace.

Penny and Don who bought a painting from Lahaina came by as well and picked up another commission for their new home.

Tracy Taylor set up the show came by and tried her hand at oil painting.  I gave her some canvas and some paint and by the looks of it she is having a great time.

Jim Warren who I showed with just a month ago also joined us.  I will see him in a few days at Orlando Disney Wyland Galleries for my next fourth of July Show.

Here I am cruising the ferry boats around the Seattle harbor area.  It's a great way to see the local area from the water.

Well so long for now and thanks for visiting the website!
