Aloha Everyone! I just finished the second show of the year on Kauai with Poipu fine Arts. Here I am pictured with Mike and Patti with my daughter Rose after painting their commission. They took advantage of the special traditional oil commission for palette knife commission promotion!

Here Mike lends a hand with his own painting. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity unless you commission more than one painting that I happen to be there at!

This is the layout of their painting. They wanted a volcano cave. I will put a moon in there later with all the trimmings. Thanks for the commission!

These folks bought the ever popular "Color Of Memories" print. This was her choice...

and this was his choice. Nothing wrong with both of them getting what they want!

These folks from Canada bought not one but two paintings also. They asked me to put some tea leaves and hibiscus to personalize their waterfall.

I worked on this waterfall at the end of the night and these wonderful folks from Arizona picked it up for their collection.

I titled it "Secret Falls" for two reasons. One there is a secret falls and two there is a secret behind this painting which only they will know, I'm not telling!

During the off ours I get to spend valuable time with the family. Here we are exploring the rocky coast in front of our rented beach home on Poipu. We could spots crabs as well as whales in the distance.

Sonja picks shells on the seashore with mom...

Rose visits her friend Morey and we go to the Waimea Canyon to feed roosters and I take pictures for future paintings.

Here are some of the vista shots I capture. You really have to go there to see the spectacular views.

Marissa comes along but is cold up there. How can anyone be cold in Hawaii?

Nieves and her family join us for a sunset view from the beach house. We really enjoyed their company...

My friend Rob pays us a visit as well. He just quit his job to be a full time artist. I said eat up because we are all starving artists in the beginning!

This was a sunset view we were dining to...

The next day the girls visit their favorite cave on the north shore. We take goofy pictures..

Rose takes our picture as we pose in the cave..

Here is my favorite shot. After all I am holding my two wonderful treasures!

After an abundance of pleasures its time to head back home but not after seeing the river which has inspired many of my paintings. Thanks for joing us, Aloha!
