Aloha Everyone,

I just got back from New York where I showcased the latest works at art expo.  It was a fast and furious week filled with fun and adventure.  Here are some pictures from the show.

This is Fred, he came back again from last year and this time he picked up a Diamond Head painting I made during the show.

Here is a young couple who bought Blind Faith.
Trevor purchased the latest release of Dockside Peace.  He lives in Manhattan and wants to relax looking out at the water from the dock when he gets home.  Dockside Peace is the follow up to the Sold out hit " Dockside Dreams".
Here I am pictured with my wife Patti.  This was the first time in 4 1/2 years that she has been away from the kids.  She was sad when leaving but soon learned to enjoy the break.
There was a full moon eclipse on Sat March 3rd.  Geoffrey bought this painting in memory of the evening for his sweetheart.  It was cool watching an eclipse in the city as opposed to the seeing it in the islands.
Here we are with Caroll, the voice and man behind Sesame Streets' Big Bird and Oscar The Grouch.  He used to live on the Big Island and was fond of the Lava scenes I did.  In turn I got a sketch he did for Rose and Sonja.
Here is Rich Tuason.  Epson printed a floor display for me and put it in my booth.  People were freaked out by the thought of walking on art at Art Expo so he moved it out to the front for advertising purposes.
Here I am at the top of the Marriott Marquis with the only other Wally I know, Walter smack.  He represents a fabulous artist named "Kat" who does awesome music themed paintings.  Notice the W behind us?  We had that specially put in.
Here is a shot of 42nd street at night from the hotel.  Thats where the ball drops and people crowd the entire street.  Right now its about 1:00 am and the streets are pretty sleepy.
Here we are with an artist I met on this trip.  His name is A.D. Cook and he paints beautiful figures and showcased them at the expo.
After the show we got to walk the street of New York.  It was freezing!  17 degrees freezing.  Lucky we live in Hawaii!
Here is Patti in front of a beautiful church near the World Trade Center.
Here is the Trade center where they are busy rebuilding.  It was my first time to visit the area.  What a rush of different emotions I get knowing what has happened here.  Makes me grateful for what I have.

Well thanks for visiting the page, see you later!
