Aloha Everyone!  Here are some pictures from my last cruise with Princess Cruise Lines.

Here I am with my wife Patti and the cruise directors Nino and Sarah.  They were excellent hosts and threw all the events for the artists.

I met two artists Bill Mack and Nobu Haihara.  We spent the cruise doing demo's and smoozing with champagne and martini's.

Here I am painting an Alaskan scene in the explorers lounge.  I did several Demonstrations during the cruise where the audience got to watch my style and technique.

Eric and his family purchased both demonstrations.  I even got help from the boys.  Its nice to have interaction when I am demonstrating.

These folks bought years ago then bought a painting on another cruise before sailing on this voyage.  They picked up another small painting for their collection.

Of course at night we spent fabulous dinners with our guests.  Here we are with Nobu and his girlfriend Aniya.  She is a Jazz singer and treated us to some vocal stylings.

We spent our after hours with Bobby the piano singer at one of the lounges.  He was awesome and so was she!

When in port we spent time wandering around the small towns.  As you may have noticed that our kids were not with us but instead at home with our friend Angela and Mark.  They were kind enough to watch our precious kids while we enjoyed alone time.  Wooo Hoo!

Patti smiles as we leave one port heading for the next.  She had it permanently stuck on her face.

Here we are cruising to Tracy Arm Fjord.  It was early in the morning and my face tells it all!

It was worth it!  The cold air made for a brisk morning.  The stark landscape was a great contrast with the tropical landscapes I am used to painting.

This was as far as we could go.  If you look closely you can see the glacier in the background.

Here we are at port.  The towns are filled with quaint specialty shops that sell lots of souvenirs.

Here is a shot with the light hitting the mountains.  We had such smooth sailing during our time there.

Here is a shot from the upper deck.  It was freezing the time we took this picture.

Here is a painting demonstration I did of the Aurora Borealis that I did right in the atrium which is the center of the ship.

Here is a painting I did of the Tracy Arm on one of the demonstration days.  It is always cool to paint a recent experience.  I did however make it more sunny than it actually was.

These collectors bought this painting.  Nothing like selling a Hawaiian scene on an Alaskan cruise.

These folks from England bought a small commission based on this painting.  They want a warm memory of Alaska when they go back to England.

Here are the two demo paintings that Eric and Sheri bought on board the cruise.  They were very fun to hang out with and their boys were gentlemen.

Here are the boys in the crew bar listening to Karaoke from the staff.  Nothing like seeing people hang loose!

Of course the ladies were with us!

Aniya even wowed them on the decks below!

Bill and I played on giant hand of Black Jack.  We won on a dealer showing an ace and we had to hit.  We took the money and ran!

That whole trip was magical.  Thanks for joining us!  See you at the next show!
