Aloha Everyone! I had a recent trip to Maui to do shows and spend time with the family camping! Check out some of the shots took during the trip.

First of all I want to thank all those who came to the show on Front Street Wyland Galleries. Here I am pictured with Marilyn. She met me years ago and finally the time was right for her to get her first piece of art from me. She picked "The Golden Hour" because it spoke to her. She hung out all night and had a blast!

These folks bought "Home is Where The Heart Is" as soon as it was displayed. The bright colors really attracted them to this painting. They came back the following night for a photo.

This young lady is 16 years old and a straight A student. She learned the lesson of rewarding herself with something she will treasure to encourage hard work and great grades! Way to go!

This young man lives in Boston and was visiting with his family. He go "The Warmth of The Sun" for his collection. It will serve him great in the winter months!

Krista met me about 10 years ago and had to choose between a Wyland and one of my paintings. She chose a Wyland but now is her time for one of my paintings. She got this original called "Remembering Paradise" as a reminder of Hawaii and her time between me and Wyland.

Debbie and Mike saw this painting of the West Maui Mountains called "Discovering Paradise". She liked the softer palette I had used compared with the brilliant hues of the recent works. They commissioned an original similar to this painting but with subtle changes for artistic purposes. Thanks for encouraging the pastels!

They came back and brought their whole family to the gallery for a picture. Mahalo!

Cesar and his new bride Irene also came visiting because he had one of my paintings for 10 years and was now married and wanted to introduce himself. I met his wife Irene when I was painting this one off of the easel called "Heavenly Hana" They just got done visiting that area and liked what they saw so they took advantage of the show specials.

They came back to watch the second stage of the painting. She even got to add a few flowers herself and I added the date of their wedding to the painting.

David Bell hails from Bermuda and says that I should visit there because the place is spectacular! I will put that on my "Bucket List". He picked up this painting as well. Now he will have a piece of the islands to go with him.

This gentleman started with a Met's conversation which quickly turned into a painting party. His family watched and helped me paint. He got this painting to add to his wonderful collection.

Earl and Sara came to visit and brought their whole family. An accomplished artist himself he and his fiancé bought a Hana painting which we titled "Ohana View". This is a great addition for their collection which includes the published original "Revelation".

Here are their daughters lending a hand! They took to the canvas really well.

Sales consultant Chris gets the very first Boat in Lahaina Brushstroke. This was instantly commissioned by him for his hard work and great customer service.

Sales director Chuck got his personal Ulua and portrait brush stroke. I used a photograph he had about a dozen years ago for the inspiration.

The Girls line up the jam waiting for their breakfast. Sweets for the sweeties!

The girls and I want to thank you for visiting the site! It's off camping we go!

The drive was very windy and the girls did their best not so say "Are we there yet?"

During the drive there were plenty of sights to see. Here is a spot I use as inspiration. You can see the road winding behind me.

We set up camp and the girls take a cold shower to refresh themselves.

The trip was full of magical moments where the girls posed for snapshots. The view was very peaceful.
